To submit corrupted or damaged media for data recovery, please follow the
steps below:
- Use our On-Line Submit form to provide minimum
information about your problem. After submit, you will receive notification
letter via e-mail.
- Enclose signed notification letter in your shipment.
- Ship your package to Active Data Recovery @ Toronto. We recommend you use
the following guidelines:
- After we receive your package:

Your package will be checked in and entered into our Client Inventory Control
Register.

You will be contacted to confirm receipt of your shipment.

You will be contacted with the results of our diagnostic tests as soon as they
have been completed.

After your approval we will complete the recovery of your data to the desired
media.

We will ship back your recovered data (on desired media type) and original
media (if requested) back to your location.
